1.Most of the Companies don't have a process award Loyalty, velankani is one.
2.They prefer hiring a candidate at double the cost rather than providing decent hike to an existing employee
3.Staying in this company for more than 2 years will definitely hurt your package coz most of the companies hardly give 5-6% hike
4.Policies of companies are one major reason for Attrition
