★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had recently purchased a Honda Grazia, which had issues in the new bike like oil leakage, loose front panel, rusting of many parts,which I was disappointed with. However the employees in Venetian Honda Kandivali where supportive and addressed all my issues with patience and solved most of them. Though I was disappointed with the problems of a new bike but was satisfied with the service of the service centre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience besides telling service advisor many times what needs to be done. He seemed to be very over confident. All promised high and when it comes to deliver very bad painting job. All done in hurry and last minute touch ups. Best part is he accepted as all bad job done but no sorry came from his mouth. He said he will redo the job but already 10 days gone for an Activa. Can’t afford to lose another week. When one knows part needs to be changed they ordered last minute. Totally unorganised approach. Parts are available in outside shops but they don’t have it in store. Imagine on the way back home headlight was gone. I happened to change it and saw from inside they haven’t cleaned it at all though the whole painting job is done right from chassis painting. God knows how they paint without cleaning. Just sad..Not happy at all. Think 10 times before giving your vehicle here.

Avoid weekends as you will find immense rush, expect delivery a day later on weekends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service center not worth Honda standards. Service charges are way too high but quality standards are not maintained. Staff is very keen while opening the job card but once you surrender the vehicle they make you wait, run from pillar to post, in order to get the Service done on time. Supervisor don't bother once they have taken your vehicle and are lethargic. Accounts and Payment team is on a different trip altogether. Even if there is no one in queue, they will make you wait for handing over the delivery slip. Even local service mechanics provide a better service and treatment.
