It may not boast of all amenities but it's got the basic essentials required a mid-sized residential society. Overall project consists of 1 & 2bhk's

New feature must add
If the windows are closed shut it reduces the chaotic hustle and bustle noise from everyday life to a minimum, all rooms have this noise cancelling effect. Really comes handy when you want a peacefully quiet relaxing time with no outside chaos to interfere.
All in all. A good project for the working class.

The water in kitchen sink comes at very slow speed.
The flush tank of commode never seen full .every time we need to fill it with bucket.
If you want to stay here don forget to bring some extra barrels.
All together we can say is ... Pathetic socity to live.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Flat that I visited was small. Small hall kitchen. Seems water is a major issue in this complex. There was no water for almost two days in our family friends house.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice homes with decent balcony. All the essentials are nearby. They do have Gym which is available for all be it tenants or owner. Good building area for walk and pet friendly. There are few issues which is been faced by all building members that is Toilets have slow flush run due to hard water and wall paints are not up to the mark.
