★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is awesome society. Awarded one. Water reuse plant, gas pipeline supply, led lights everywhere(except parking), cctv, wachmen are helping, specious and colder than pune.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to note down few lines of my happy experience which I have after I shifted about 5 years back.
The experience starts right from the main gate of the society. The gates are closed and opened only if your vehicle has gate pass for the society or you make entry to the visitors register. Then the security person at the building gives you a call in case of visitors over the Video phone before anyone is allowed inside the building. (door is un-locked by security code controlled system).This kind of through security is hardly available in any housing society and keeps my mind free of any security concerns for my family when I am not around.
The other aspect which strikes me is the space available. The apartments themselves are very spacious and the provision of garden, club house (two floors) and the swimming pool is very welcome for outdoor loving persons. The construction is very good and the finish/quality of construction is awesome.In addition there is clean and ample space for children play area, neat & clean jogging track cum walkway around the society.
The last but very important aspect is cleanliness – all the floors and parking area are cleared daily ( have separate contractor for cleaning) and this helps to maintain the good looks of the housing society. We feel proud to invite our relatives and friends to visit us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The society belongs to highly acclaimed realty group in this particular area. The premises is a complete contrast with respect to the surrounding area. It's a lovely premises. And the construction company has certainly done a decent job. The only drawback is once you leave the society premises the area is a bit unorganized and undeveloped. U won't find any decent services and commodities within a radius of 1-2 KMs.
