★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked our Flat in Venkatesh Navita project considering the brand name and value to commitment.
But in actual my experience from sales team and about Builder is not good. During my booking,
Developer promising that I will get possession within 4 month (Dec. 2020) but they hand over the flat after 1 year (June 2021),
While selling flats developer promise us that will get Corporation water or Boring water but he did not complete his promises. Still all buyers facing for water issue.
If builder not able to provide water supply from corporation then he supposed to provide water supply from other sources, but he denying for the same, and all society members are paying for water supply.
After taking possession on flat lots of problems are starts inside the flat like leakage/seepage, etc. constructing work at this property is not done well and in some time you have to take out time to solve all these problems because of the negligence of the builders and you will not be able to do anything about it, which is sure to irritate you!.
Builder promise that all flat holders get hot water but the equipment which are installed buy developer is not sufficient for all flat holders.
