★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited this project on March 2018 & then almost every month after booking a flat in this complex.Superb location.Only 3 to 4 minutes from dumdum Cantonment station as well as Gorabazar Market.Upcoming Cantonment metro is getting ready beside railway platform no. 2(expected to be commissioned within December,2020).Airport gate no. 1 is only 2.1 km away from this project via P.k.Guha Road & Nagerbazar bus stand is only 2.5 km from this project.Even flight view of kolkata airport is also available from this project.Some famous schools of dumdum like auxiliam convent(for girls only) ,st. Stephens school near central jail ,dumdum Christ Church school,Rishi aurobindo memorial school are all nearby from this complex housing. Gorabazar & kumorpara market have everything for daily needs. This project is facing a huge lake in South,L. N.Road at east & open ground at west side.in north side,there is a pond also.So it is located in a very airy area with bright sunlight.This project has 3 blocks with 112 flats along with other amenities like AC community hall,gym,temple,power back up,artificial grass(AstroTurf) on roof with skywalk,security with CCTV & intercom etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are different types of flats like 2BHK , 3BHK etc. A lot of flats, a temple and garages for four-wheelers and places for the amenities and recreations of flat-dwellers are under construction. The campus is situated near Airport 1no. Gate Bus-stop and Dum Dum Cantonment Railway Station. Overall, it is situated in a very suitable place and the surroundings are very nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Biggest apartment of this area...large community, 100+ flats, 3 tower, pond, temple, gym, community hall available..near to dumdum 2nd railgate, beside lake..full of fresh air..near to dumdum cantonment station.But beside having 115 flats FIRE PROTECTION SYSTEM is not available.
