★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are not allowing to take away burger and oth food from store but telling to buy online think they get money from swiggy and Zomato. Didn't expected this at all.
After lock down also they have attitude be ready to close shop by losing customer like this only keep it up . We have other chicken hotels.

I can place order online through swiggy or Zomato but when I went to the store they declined. Staff said that place order through them and then only we will accept.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just as other day, I went to venkys and order cheese chicken nuggets. But they were not usual in taste and in quality. Venkys food is famous as it's preferable for health conscious people. This time the nuggets were too oily to eat. So I went to Outlet's manager and told the scenario. He picked one of piece from my plate and so called faked to check it's quality. Though it was visible by eyes of normal person that it's too oily, yet he denied. I doubt his visual capacity now. Customer satisfaction should be priority for every service industry. Very disappointed with this incident and may not prefer venkeys now onwards.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are going here cause the pics on their pamphlet tempted you, then please stop. I order chicken tandoori roast (portion) and the meat was completely rotten. It seemed like the meat was deep freeze for minimum 15 days. Also the taste was dreadful.

They have a very good range of flavours and types, both gravy and dry. The chicken is fresh and tender. They even prepare it for you if you request. Staff is quite supportive as well.
