★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Certain basic amenities are expected of a showroom....venugopal suzuki's salesforce although were responsive the showroom itself lacked decent cooling ,even drinking water was in bottles and no one enquired if we we even needed drinking water ....the space was congested...the owner should look into it....and change some features if there is an intention for getting favourable ratings....otherwise anything we say or mention here is for nothing.....

Don't maintain inventory of spare parts with them though they pretty much know that it is the only showroom in entire vzm for the type of vehicles they provide...
Took nearly an half an hour for them to search for a spare part in my case, where at last they found that it is actually out of stock...
