★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointing service. Store shows no accountability for fulfilling their commitment. Not only did I receive the product 8 days late, but it was completely different from what I ordered. I ordered a yellow pendant lamp, and they sent me a green one. When I informed them and showed them the reference photo from their showroom, they insisted it was the same colour. No apology was made by the store, neither any effort to right the wrong.
