Maulesh Bhai and Dr. Rakesh Patel who made my stone operation successful. Also the nursing staff is very supportive and the cleaners in the hospital also do their job well. The nursing staff do their job practically but at the same time the vision of humanity also works well. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My father was diagnosed with Meningioma and given the sheer size of the tumour underwent open brain surgery performed by Dr. Rakesh Luhana and team. We were very impressed with the surgery and post-surgery recovery of my father - it was better than expected. I can’t speak highly of the doctor. Barodians are lucky to have such a world-class surgeon at our doorsteps. Based on my experience, I highly recommend Dr. Rakesh Luhana for any form of brain surgery.
The hospital staff is very helpful, caring, attentive and supportive. Having said that the hospital itself needs some improvement to become one of the best in the city. Note that there is no CT Scan or MRI services within the hospital. Which means if the patient has to do a post surgery scan then the patient need to be sent to external radiology via ambulance. While this is not a big issue within itself, the problem is the hospital ambulance service is not the best. Here is detailed review of the hospital and services on the scale of 5 (with 5 being the best)-

Rooms - 4/5 (we were in the deluxe room and there was traffic noise cutting through the windows into the room making it difficult to sleep during the day)
Ambulance Service - 2/5 (Lack of patient transfer auto-loader or bed trolley to easily transfer the patient to and from ambulance can become challenging post surgery)
Overall - 4/5 (one less star only due to the inadequately equipped ambulance)

My wife Pinalben Chauhan was admitted to the hospital under the treatment of Dr. Maulesh Dholakia. Dr. Maulesh Dholakia is an excellent Doctor. The surgery of my wife was done by him and Dr. Rakesh Patel. Both the doctors are Gem of a person. They are too good. Not just too good, they are the best. I am highly obliged with the kind of courtesy extended by them.
Hospital staff is also very very good. They are really very helpful and cooperative. I have had enough of hospital visit experience out of which my experience with Venus Multi-speciality Hospital has remained the Best. All the staff members are so good that they really make a patient and their relatives feel like a family.
