★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst toy stores that sells 'used' Chinese toys that are repaired by a technician employee of the shop. Nearly all of the battery operated toys were defective, had visible signs of use and had to be fixed by the technician. 4 out of 6 toys malfunctioned within 3 days and they refused to exchange defective toys and insisted on repairing them. Worse still is the behavior of the owners. Avoid at all cost!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a horrible experience with the staff of the shop today.Had purchased a Probott water bottle yesterday.Since i wanted a leakage proof and spill proof bottle,i had enquired and purchased.Was bit in hurry because baby was restless they took the advantage of not issuing any bill and also not even a penny discount,even i didnt complain being a regular customer.I wanted a genuine worthy product.Upon coming home,i found the bottle cap wasnt right,means defective as water was leaking from the cap.As mentioned with clear words on the bottle box that bottle's cap is leak proof.Immediately next day when i go to exchange not only they humiliated me infact tried to explain in ofcouse bad way that evry water bottle leaks and they wont exchange at all...My only words while leaving the shop was,i wont step into the shop again in life..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This toy shop is located at RoyBahadur road and have a wide variety of toys in their bag but the only issue is their prices are way too high compared to other gift stores. But their collection is really unique and all latest trending toys are available.

Avoid this shop.
Action speak louder than words.
Talking rudely n justifying with words don't go hand in hand.
I have been buying regularly last 5years or mores but I have decided to skip ur shop from now onwards .

I did the mistake of ignoring the bad comments published here and thought of giving a try instead of poor rating.
But, I was wrong and cheated buy the quality of product that was given. Its better to buy from amazon, flipkart or any other e commerce site that you trust ,where you can get the products way cheaper and better. If not atleast try to explore the nearby shops which are at a walking distance.
Yesterday, my wife and mother-in- law visited the shop by my recommendation to buy a baby walker and was given a defective one. Upon inspection at home I found out the product to be defective. I requested them to exchange it with another one but the main staff started to convince that, there was no defect instead it was a mere design........ I was completely shocked ....as it is prominent that a part is missing, I was made to believe that it is a design. I tried to convince them and even showed them an exact image of the same baby walker from online about the defect, but in vain. Out of disgust, I smiled and left the store knowing there intention.
I understand that the last one year and the competition in the market has been hursh to most of the businesses. But that doesn't mean, we will be sold defective products. I will strictly suggest to avoid this store and dont make the same mistake of ignoring the bad comments.
