Reply -- you people don't hide your faults by saying that I was fired. Let me tell you clearly that I had left the company because of bad behaviour of manager, scolding on every thing. Even if there is not my mistake .You people even grab my one month salary. And after calling many times to the company there was no response. .. is this the way you people treat new employees ?

The owner of company is well Technical person. He understands about the employee time effort about the task and problem of the employee. He also guide himself if needed.
Office environment is also likes a Family. Just i like to suggest to the boss of this organisation, please make only 5 working days if possible :-)
