I have received new samsung power bank with same specification from service center on 31 August 2019
and it is working satisfactory. Lot of hurdles face from service centre but you supported all the time.
Your support is highly appreciated. Every time you have attended my call and provided positive reply to my all concerns related with replacement of power bank and getting tax invoice copy and also made me relax saying you will provide all support and which you have provided in reality too.
Ms. Shobhna you have good skill and ability to handle customers. You have good communication skill. You have helping hand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never ever order anything from this seller. He is fraudster. I have ordered a bag from Etihad reward shop he delivered the bag with lower price. When I try to contact him didn't get any response from him. Don't waste your money by ordering anything from this seller.

I wrote an email to their support the very next day then took that product return and in next 3 days time they replaced it with the exact mentioned colour in description. Overall happy with their response.

I ordered a product 10 Days ago till now no product received. They simply created the tracking number without handing over the product to courier. Even i sent a mail asking for the updates but no replay yet

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's mandate to give at least one start, otherwise this Co. dosn't deserve a star. I redeem and bought one product, which was supposed to be delivered by Verdical. I received a wrong product. I had maid several mails to the contact provided by the company, but no one is bothered respond. Telephone number provided by company, but no one pickup the call. Some time gets a busy tone, that means number is in use. But i feel they have interim policy to not to pickup the calls.
After above episode I got another contact from verdical, on which i had contacted with my issue and to my surprise I got great help with resolution.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I Ordered 3 items on 13th March 2019 through Jet-privilege Reward site, after ordering, immediately i put mail to the Concerned Person Mr. Rahul to send the product through the Speed Post ( Courier service not available in the area ).
But he dispatched through Blue dart. The same product was taken return from the courier party again.
after that i am calling to the Mr. Rahul contact number, he told that send the address where courier service available. I sent the Bangalore office address to deliver the same products.
But till tioday he is not dispatched the 3 ordered items.
i am daily calling to his 2 numbers, he is not picking the call at all and not responding to mails with CC to Jet-privilege.
I had telecon discussion with Jetprivilege customer care to deliver my ordered products. but till today i am not able to get the material after ordering 1 Months above.
Its very pathetic service from Verdical Solution.
I am totally frustrated after ordering and i cant able to cancel the order also.
Don't order anything on this party, totally he will not provide the proper solution.

Ordered two branded copper bottles and received damaged and fake product instead which is worthless. When trying to call or mail customer care, there is absolutely no response. Been trying from past 5 days and I feel my money is wasted. Such actions should be sued in consumer court.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jet Privilege ordered a phone against my redeemed miles but there is no response nor there is any news about the consignment. The tracking number does not exist, the website is wrong. Seems to be a fraud but I am going to hold Jet Airways responsible. Terrible feeling.
