★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best vets in Nagpur . I have never come across such professionally sound young doctors who are not only extremely compassionate towards their patients but will go over and above the call of duty to save a life , any life and that means strays in accidents on the roads. I've seen innumerable strays being treated saved and put back on the road by these two young doctors .
Drs Ushma and Chetan have treated all our family pets and the strays around our homes , i wouldn't trust any other vet the way i trust them ! Brilliant doctors and simply the best humans ! Please don't think twice before taking your beloved pets to them .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ushma Ma'am and Chetan Sir are really doing a commendable job treating our pets.Highly satisfied with your efforts.
Besides being highly skilled vets,they are very good human beings and gem of persons.Was astounded to see them taking care of so many street dogs out of their own pocket.
Their clinic is well equipped too.Didn't have to run here and there for blood tests,X rays etc.Nagpur was really in dire need of such a place .
Highly recommeded.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vet Beyond Basics is a well equipped multispecialty clinic. Dr. Chetan and Dr. Ushma are extremely knowledgeable and dedicated vets that one can wish for their pets. They got expertise in not only small animal but also large animal, wild and exotic species as well. They are also dedicated in treating stray animals as well. They are welcoming, reliable and approachable. They never say no to an emergency. I highly recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ushma and Chetan are incredibly empathetic people who are always ready and supportive to take care of our pets. Even though we hadn't been in touch for a few years, she immediately connected to help me prepare for adopting a kitten. Whenever my little one was down, she also responded right away to help us find the best medication, support our kitten and help him heal. They really have gone beyond the basics, to understand how our pets feel and nurture them holistically. They're genuinely reliable and approachable. Would recommend it to all my friends.

They even take out time from their busy schedule and give proper medication advices whenever asked without even charging for it. In my opinion, they are definitely the most hard working veterinary doctors I came across.

I can vouch for the fact that they are one of the finest in business who run their clinic in the most responsible manner and with the right attitude towards their patients and owners alike. If there is a problem, talk it out guys. I am sure a mutual ground can be reached. Don't ruin their reputation for vengeance. All the negative comments are literally a day old. VET BEYOND BASICS is built by extremely responsible vets who have the required knowledge and acumen to deal with animals and they have been serving relentlessly even in Covid-19 times. Hope better sense prevails.

To share my personal experience, my colleague has 2 dogs - Snowy and Chikoo and Chikoo is a Paraplegic dog. Everytime the dogs fell sick, we have taken telephonic consultation from Vet Beyond Basics and the dogs as always have done better post the treatment. Happy with the service. Prompt and reliable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctors are very unprofessional. And they don't have all the necessary equipment needed to treat your pet. It was a very poor experience.
Update: The prompt response from the owner proves that there is honesty in my review.
Ms. patel, sweetheart, if it was an off day why was your clinic open? After the horrific experience at your clinic, we took our pet to the best facility available in Nagpur.
We're thankful that our pet did not receive any treatment from your clinic. Hope with time, you gain sufficient experience to treat pets and pet parents with respect. Good luck.
