Vethics - Ahmedabad

So we got to know about Vethics via BNI Connect as we were searching for some good IT Solution Companies in Ahmedabad because we were having a lot issues with our existing web designer. We then got connected with Mr. Kalpesh, he first understood well about our issues and then provided us the best solutions he can. And trust me we have also consulted other people before him but we didn't had such service and support from anyone except Vethics. Heading :- poor and cheat company Vethics is a company with full of fake promises which are never fulfilled. I have worked here for 4 months for full time as web, app and graphic designer. I have lost my one month salary and for months time also

When I got selected in this organization at that time they promise to her they will provide work in Sketch but whenever she was joined they are providing work in photoshop with only Social Media Banner Designing and promise to her we will provide you work after 20 days still she is fine with it. After 20 days again ask for the work in the sketch and they replied we will start work in 4-5 days. In those days they are torture to her related to her work performance and after few days they(HR and Company Owner) arrange a meeting with her and ask her you are fired immediately and take signature in one form even she doesn’t know what is exactly in that form. She is actually scared and does the signature. In that meeting, she is asked for that approx 1-month salary and HR will replay we will do payment after 45 days in cheque and that is our policy. She raises the concern but they are not fine with paying instant salary. She is asking for the salary after around 50 days and they still replied next week we will give you an FNF cheque. Still, after 1 week she hasn’t received any cheque and after that due to the COVID-19 Indian government declare Lockdown. Whenever she asked for the payment during Lockdown they ask us we will do once Office work start continue. Once 2nd Lockdown completed then we will ask again for that salary which they have to pay once she was released from that organization but at that time they ready to pay via Online Transfer instead of Cheque that’s good news for her because she doesn’t join any organization due to COVID-19 and she needs money for the survival in this situations. But that does not end story Abhi Baki hai mere dost. When they are calculating FNF amount(Salary condition: 10% deduction in salary and that will be returning after 1 Year if you completed 1 year successfully. I think that is mutual understanding bond and she is okay with it) calculate with 10% deduction even they are fired to her still but she is okay because she needs money. She is replied my working days approx 25 days and you can deduct 10% of the 25 days salary and HR did replay no we will deduct 10% of the monthly salary (What nonsense they are). She gives scenario If I am coming only 2 days of the month then I need to pay you the remaining amount?. HR did replay that I don’t know as per our policy we deduct 10% of the salary and she fights for it but HR not give her to his boss number or email she has only HR’s email id. In the end, she got a salary with 10% of the deduction. Here I wrote that faces issue regarding her job. There is also lots of problem with timing, work, and environment-related. * I suggest you can't join this organization if you care about your career. Even don't join as an Intern as well. NOTE: Here all other users give this organization 4 to 5 Star that is also force/mandatory for him/his to give a rating.
