★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its way to expensive for vaccination ..I would better go to a government hospital and vaccinate my pet. The visit fees is too high and unnecessary, and they discussed amongthemselves on how to loot money from the first time customers. Bad experience..if you are having a pet for the first time..never go in this clinic.. they'll surely loot you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Devendra visited my place even on the daya when most of the city was crawling because of the rains. I applaud the dedication and compassion exhibited towards my cat. He was extremely patient and helpful with handling my cat and was thorough with explaining things to do and watch out for. Will definitely recommend him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clearly loots money from you. Never ever visit this hospital. I found out that there are better doctors in the city who charge less and gives added benefits and even visit your house in a very less expense . This hospital is clearly for money . He looted me for 1200 rs just for vaccinting my kitten even when i didnt opt for a home visit thinking that might cost more . Other docs visit your house, vaccinate your pet, does extra care like deworming in less than 800 rs . I had a worst experience visiting this clinic. Totally disgusting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My pet was unable to walk due to the pain in his knees. I checked for online doctors and found this option, so I happened to call them.
Doctor said nothing to worry it's athritis it happens when the dog gets old. He gave some 4 shots of injection to my pet on 13th Dec 2019 by 15th Dec my dog got serious and he stopped eating, drinking and he stopped urinating.
I called the doctor again and they said it's a serious case and we can't save him. That's on the 15th Dec 2019 and on 17th Dec 2019 my dog Bruno passed away.
This is so disturbing, my dog was healthy and would have lived for more 2 to 3 yrs. He only had jointsl pain bcoz of which he was unable to walk properly. We called the doctor to heal that and he killed my pet. This is the worst vet I have come across.
Please be careful when u take help from them. They will
Charge you and not even heal the dog or your pet. Fake doctor ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I suggest you not to take your pet to this clinic. Doctor and receptionist both are busy talking on the phone avoiding the critical condition of pets. I don't think they are even qualified to be a vet. One so called doctor named (Rajendra) who was busy talking on phone gave 2 injections to my kitten. After I brought him home he immediately died. Pathetic staff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Whenever i have visited with my pet here, there was a new doctor everytime. Doctor kept changing on a span of five months that i have visited. Whenever there was a new doctor i had to make it clear not to handle my pet in a certain way. It is very traumatic for my pet to be handled by a new doctor everytime. This time i decided that yesterday was my last visit would never go back here again. Overall the the clinic atmosphere is ok but they keep changing the furniture also. Hygeine is well maintained and the clinic looks clean. It is just beside Samudra Bar. No matter if they have a good digital spread, if you call them to checkout the prices, they don't tell you straight away. All these things have led to a bad impression for the business and it only deserves one star. Please take your pet with care here, my suggestion would be not to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very happy with the way the pets are been treated. The doctor was on time and handled my pet very patiently and gave required medication and treatment. Handled my kitten in a systematic way and treated her well. Happy with the treatment. Infact whenever we called the doctor he received our calls and answered our every question very politely. I hope my kitten will be fine soon. Thanks Dr. Gyan and the entire team for being on time and and for the treatment and care given.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place for treating pets the doctor is very good and the staff too. They even called to follow up on the progress. The reason i have less stars was because of the way the assistant handled my cat, he literally pulled off her hair and that was really traumatic for the cat she got so scared and I really couldn't stand how he held my cat and the way he was trying to hold her down. Otherwise the treatment worked and my cat is in good health.
