★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trainers are really good and they will make your figure as per your wish only if you follow up the instructions as said. They are very friendly and will become like your family members. Quiet a few number of equipments are there . And I thik it is one of the affordable gym in the locality. Only one drawback is that the gym is not quite big.....if at any point lots of members come then you have to wait for your turn to use the equipments....need to co-operate with the other members to alternately use the equipments..and there will be crowding too. Other wise this is one of the best gym in the locality

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The environment of the gym is highly conducive. You walk in with a purpose, and you’re sure to walk out as a winner. The coach and trainers are highly knowledgeable and experienced, and equally invested towards your goals. Hands down, the best gym in the city. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A bit small gym but divided three floors which makes enough space for training. Trainers are well learnt and will guide you even if you don't take Personal Training. Good enough to join.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am visiting the place for couple of year. Location is definitely a positive point for this property. I was a member of some of reputed brands too and I found the trainers are more passionate here. Instruments are also decent enough, though not the best. Only issue you will find is the space, it's a package in small size. Membership fee is inexpensive and there are facility for personal training if you are interested.
Personally I can say if you value training more than the fancy instruments, it's the best place for you.

Vineet Sir along with his team of eligible and certified trainers take good care of your work out regime, diet plan and all fitness related stuff. Vineet Sir himself being a national level power lifter and men's phisique model winner is grooming young talent under him who have cracked the state level power lifting meets bagging many medals and have vigorously started preps for nationals. He has also started nurturing young boys and girls and even men to compete in national level events of body building too which are due shortly. Powerlifting, cardio, CrossFit, zumba you name the game and it's there in this gym. I have loved my experience here till date and plan to really have a very long term relationship with VFA and it's team. Kudos VFA.

Vineet Sir is an wonderfull person and coach too. The atmosphere is good. And all other trainers are very cooparating to all members.
Tge guide very well to every one.

Shuvanu (a Trainer) has a remarkable knowledge about the impact on every muscle, from all the workout.
The gym owner (Vineet bhaiya) himself trains and is very much dedicated towards the people.
