★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst organization to be In .It's a joint venture with SLK .Since the organisation value of SLK was lowered they formed a new organization with new name but same pathetic management. Refrain yourself joining this organisation as no work on new technologies neither they have plans to implement in future .Most of the work is testing and support.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negative experience . Not good for freshers . Freshers are hired to make them work in support roles . 2 years bond to hold you up . Worst HRs , i was forcibly made to abscond here .No knowledge gain . Waste of time to work here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst organization. Basically this is formed as a joint venture of SLK & Voya. SLK still supports vfi with employees as shared service. I would rather say slk employees think the organization as their own company. Namely HR's is worst and they don't even follow any basic rule and guidelines. If any employee put down the paper , they do not provide any relieving letter rather put as abscond case. There is an employee who came back from Dubai after a year's break and the whole SLK treat him like a boss and that person doesn't know the basic mannerism how to behave in corporate. The organization literally screwing all exit employees career. Never ever join this organization. The organization also bribe employees to write good reviews. Only those who have left this hell know the real face of this organization.
