This is the only reason people are moving out of this poor vodafone connection.
If you are educated and have some self respect dont ever visit this store and urge to move out of vodafone asap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its an average store. Takes a lot of time for a small work. I visited there to convert my post paid number to prepaid.
I am quite surprised that representative ask me identify proof and also takes a photograph of me and further advise me that it takes 3 days. Why I don't know????
While airtel provide me same service without no time and hassle free.
Not a good experience.
One suggestion
They must include a payment counter also there which is missing.
