Excellent work done by Miss Kushbu, branch manager and VI staff at VI store, South Extension as all issues ( old bills, new sim card and provide vi complain e-mail id) pending since Dec'2020 has been resolved.

If you personally ask me then i would say not to visit this pathetic store,they don't know how to treat customers and can't solve the problems customer face because of Vodafone network. My no. Is deactivated because of their foolishness and when i went there to get it activated they simply said we can't help you as we don't know what to do. Only the customer suffers because of them.

Super rude staff. Saying rude things about me in their native language thinking I couldn't understand. They took my id card and shared it around to laugh at my name.

Miserable! I went two times as my sim was not working Since 10 days. Instead of issuing sim they were only selling their Postpaid packages to me.

Vi team was very forthcoming and helped me overcome a typical technical glitch I had on my mobile device. Staff was readily available for providing solutions without any long queues.

Depending on your requirement and person handling the case, the attitude and outcome for your visit will vary. A common response for all the problem is "SYSTEM IS LIKE THIS, WE CANNOT DO ANYTHING". I went with a request that monthly bills generated are not being received by me in email and after receiving the above answer I requested for physical bill to be send the answer was same again. I requested for raising complaint for non-receipt of ebill by customer and response was the same. Well I don't know others experience but I plan to shift to other network soon

Very bad experience. Went to convert sim from postpaid to prepaid for my parents, they treated me like someone who is asking for mercy. One particular male staff was very rude. His attitude was that of a medieval landlord. He made us stay for around 40 minutes for conversion and asked us to pay some money, in the end said that the process couldn't be done and asked us to come again later. Vi is solely a customer service organization, if this is the way your representative is treating the customers then what is the purpose of your existence. PC : I have applied for porting to Airtel after using Vodafone for more than 10 years, credit goes to your store executive.
