★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic...Total hindustani style.."Kar lo kya karna hai." i had remind last three months follow up for my unlimited plan but no response recvd. from Idea all time said to me that ur request is registered with us and update you soon.
Very Bad service. Never believe on the representatives "DIN ko RAT batate hai RAT ko DIN"
Now i am decide to port my no. in AIRTEL they are still professional related to service and keep the integrity.

The condition of the store is poor.

i wanted to switch my sim from 3g to 4g and they were charging Rs 100 though the customer care people told me it is free of cost still they were charging when i told them this . Hopefully there are some "GENUINE IDEA STORE" in that area and they didnt charge at all and helpful too . Seriously i doubt the credibility of this store.??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse kind of people you will ever encounter in a customer facing store. No professionalism and keeps people waiting for nothing. If you plan to visit them multiple times then enjoy with them.
Better to visit Idea Care in sector 31 rahter than wasting your time, energy and money.
