★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's just another idea showroom with only one mobile phone for all work. Nothing happens on computer. If more than one customer is there then they have to wait until the customer before them have finished their work. Idea people have only one phone but two customer care.
Despite the fact your problem will be solved here. It closes at 7pm.

Swcond thing is that service providing is very good... Friendly staff... For me its my telecom family..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service They don't know what 1GB is. These people tried fooling me by saying i have 0.35GB that means i haven't recharged my phone and the other guy took my phone to review them 10 out of 10.
I request Vi stores totreat their customer in a better manner it was my worst experience.

Variety of electronic items, household essentials, home appliances, mobile phone brands available with adequate information from the sales executives. Also transparency in payment modes and applicable schemes. Overall good experience of purchasing.
