★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a private store with VI franchisee. The staff was polite and helpful but they will not leave any chance to get money out of your pocket and they charge extra for services made up by themselves. I had to get a duplicate sim which they gave me with a recharge of ₹129 in it by charging me ₹300 saying the sim was deactivated and they had to get it activated, which I confirmed with VI customer support and they denied saying the SIM was already active and it just needed a recharge. The duplicate SIM charge ₹50 was to be deducted from the balance but they charged me beforehand for that too. This is cheating customers which they do quite politely.
