I have visited Vi store on 8th July 2021, (13:16) to settle my postpaid bill.
Employee behavior was so rude. Even the manager have don't manners how to talk to customer.

The manager office staff does not know about the package.
There are some mail and female staff here who do not even have the capacity to talk to the senior person.
@ViCustomerCare I think that your service will be substandard all over India because it looks like the behavior of your staff.
The stamp here is busy gossiping more than the customer during duty time.
You can see I'm waiting here, but your counter is empty.
