Initially I told them my requirements and then proceed with that without stating the further documentations needed in that process.
When I asked them that why don't they informed me earlier about this, then the behaviour of the person named "Suraj Bhutada" was not at all tolerable.
So will suggest you all to search for an alternatives for this and never ever go to such a hopeless place where your queries are not at all addressed in a proper manner.

I don't even want to rate them with a single star, before proceeding with provision of services they are not informing us about the whole process which will be carried out and "Horrible way of communication".
Moreover the person named "Suraj Bhutada" don't even deserve to work there as a customer representative, worst experience I ever had.

People there will tell you " Rs. 647 recharge during porting"
That's a lie.
Just go to another idea store on the same day.
And you will be able to port your sim at only 220 Rs

But he says its 647.
And says 249 was only during offer period.
But on the same day I go to another idea store and successfully ported at 249
