★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The employees are rude and arrogant ,charging double the price before sim activation for recharge and doesn’t recharge when the Sim actives, if called on the number provided on bill, later for knowing about the recharge made at their end, they will hang out the call in the middle. And you will have to visit them to force them to get recharge for what you, paid in advance.
PS. Do not pay them anything in advance while receiving the sim. If required visit them later and get recharge or payment done at the same moment
They will not provide you bill themselves , before handling any amount first ask them for bill.
Get the bill at any cost

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are doing a 100% fraud. Both their employees are charging exorbitant amount from the customers. In addition, they have set up a mobile screen and accessories shop outside and one of their associates, Manish, is cheating people. They have allowed access to that person inside their store and post taking the phone, he never responds. Check the phone nos. that mobi monk has mentioned on it's banner and none of them are working. Refrain from going to this store as they are committing some sort of fraud.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Phone repair person cheated me. Have me phone after one month. Everytime I went back with recurring issues with the phone, he said,now another issues has to be repaired. Shop owner kept telling me , phone repair person has left for good and everytime I went without calling them, he was always there. Liars, cheaters. Phone is still not repaired after changing all major components and software.
