★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I come to permanently terminate my postpaid SIM. They said to me that I have to come after 22nd because it's date of my billing cycle. And it take 5-6 days to cancel and terminate SIM. If count from today than they can charge me for extra 2 days. But if u come on or after 22nd than they can charge me for 5-6 days extra.
I have no time to come back again so Im paying extra bill of 5-6 days and terminate SIM.
Always stealing customer money.
Staff are nice but it's about company policy.
