β β β β β Very very poor service. In this store the least entertained person is the customer. Vodafone staff will be least bothered if a customer is standing and waiting for his turn. Don't be assured that your issue will be resolved then and there. One more visit to the store is guaranteed. I have to give a star because I can't give 0 star

β β β β β Store Manager and second person never monitor what is happeing in the store, they consider themselves as High official of DOT. Staff is careless. My family plan scheme of 4 connection was not activated properly and Vodafoneidea fradulently connected another unknown number with my numbers (plan scheme) by removing my any number, inspite of following due process and verification. It means cheating customers,
CUSTOMER INFO / PRIVACY IS AT STAKE , may be indulging nafarious activities (?) by using customer number, u don't know. Raising bill but not provided data services as per promise/ scheme. Unauthorised access to customer information and leaking info to extend benefit to others at the cost of genuine customer. Total harrasment to Sr. Citizen. They follow unethical practices. BEWARE OF AT LEAST THIS STORE and Vodaidea. IT IS BREACH OF TRUST AND INDULGING IN UNETHICAL PRACTICE and FRAUD. ΰ€ΰ₯ΰ€°ΰ₯ΰ€ΰ€Ύΰ€ΰ€΅ ΰ€ΰ€Έΰ₯ΰ€ ΰ€ΰ₯ ΰ€Έΰ₯ΰ€ΰ₯ΰ€° ΰ€Έΰ₯ ΰ€Έΰ€Ύΰ€΅ΰ€§ΰ€Ύΰ€¨.

β β β β β Went here with a simple request of changing my billing address. They refused to register it even though I had a valid rent agreement. The agent said the proof of address had to be a 42-page agreement (thereβs no such thing officially) or it canβt be done. Simply refused to even register the request. Planning to switch out of Vodafone if they canβt even handle such a simple request.
