From morning till evening
The work space is clean and taken. Care of all the covid-19 instructions.
The employee are helpful.
The service is bit slow due to huge amount of rush /crowd in the store
You need to wait for almost 30min to 1hr for you number.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There's a special place in hell for people who cause such mental trauma to customers. There needs to be an FIR lodged against these buggers for incompetence and lethargy.
Vodafone Idea, you, as an entity are extremely disappointing. Your employees are the only ones worse than you.
We went to the store to inquire about our aim that wasn't working. They refused to help. We created a ruckus. They agreed to help. Next morning, we find out that our number has been assigned to some other customer. Can you believe it?
The number with which our bank account has been linked. Our corporate number. Assigned to a random stranger who could access our OTPs now.
Due to our due diligence and timely action, we have rectified the mistake. But we could have lost all our money and much more.
That's why everyone seems to be switching away from Vi. Also, I'm filling an FIR and sending across a notice.

made me wait for almost an hour and i did not even got my problem solved, I asked while taking token about that problem in advance they said wait number aayega tabhi aa jao ho jayega but then I was left highly disappointed?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer Service is pathetic. The store is not hygienic, the manager of the store - customer service herself speaks in a loud tone to the customers, the advisors do not give proper advise regarding plans, it's either incorrect or incomplete.
I thought Vodafone and Idea would together make a better team, but alas I give thumbs down to this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever .had to visit 3rd time just to get a sim replacement but that also didn't work . The reason the gave was that sometime simcard are faulty . But then this happened with me for the second time the sim replacement is not working . So today I'll try it for the last time . If this happens again i mam gonna port from to vi worst service to a different network. ?
