★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had gone for Sim change, the customer executive asked me to recharge of 100 rs although the company requires us to have main balance of 50 rs. The executive was very unprofessional. Also he asked me to pay ₹10 in cash after he issued me new SIM Card. I asked him why should I pay him in cash if I had main balance of Rs 50 already. Also I insisted him to give me receipt of Rs 10 to be paid in cash, but he had no answer.
This practice is followed everyday with each customer and they keep Rs 10 as bribe for doing their assigned work...
Very very bad and unprofessional practice....
