★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The help desk doesn't have proper information. First when i had to recharge the recharge guy went for lunch so i had to go across street to do recharge. Then after recharge the guy who showed re issues card went to lunch. So have to wait for 25 minutes. They really dont have any system. Very bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst ever service seen from any corporate. Till 7-7 Days phone gets inactivated due to their error and inspite of calling them 1000 Times no body cares.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There were 4 windows for work. However none were appearing to be interested in attending customer in a professional manner. There were literally no customer, still it took me 30 minutes to get my request attended where the actual work was not even for 10 minutes.. I went to change from postpaid to prepaid but felt better to get it ported to other service provider considering their pathetic work style. No surprise how such big name will perish when they loose their customer focus because now customers have options to choose and rechoose.
