★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic, Rubbish, Worst - Don't have other words to describe their service standard. No doubt their service standard is the big reason for their huge losses.
Went to convert my postpaid number in to prepaid, after paper work they even took the first recharge amount of prepaid.
Till now I have visited the store FIVE TIMES but they always have their excuse ready.
Worst Service, No Ethics, No Standard
Never ever go to Vodafone or Idea, Pls go for other telecom operators

In this branch all people work very bad including manager Vini.
Vini and Team worst service give to customer.
request to you all do not purchase vodafone and Idea sim card.
Vini and team people give time to customer but no follow up for customers work.
all people are lazy.
I don't know what he understands in his mind
All people work are looze including manage ( VINI ).
VI bapunagar store service is 3rd class.
