★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Giving one star because of unprofessionalism by Neelam, the supervisor and poor quality of hair cut. Once you have made your payment, Neelam will never give you appointments or care about your experience. Even though I got a good facial from Yash and a good Pedicure from Shashank, I would not visit this place again because of the horrible experience by Neelam. Pooja, who is another supervisor, runs a better show but she is not present every day.

Staff is very friendly and polite. Ambience is clean and peaceful.
I lost 15 kg and many inches and got a lot of compliments and for this special thanks to Neelam ma'am and Kanta ji for giving me helpful suggestions and guiding me plus giving me comfortable environment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vibes is the nicest place i have been for my saloon services. I am a regular visitor from last 8 years and always the one who buys whole year package. Bobby is my hair stylist who is always available as per my timings.
Management is good specially Ms. Arvind and Ms. Pooja are their for any of your concerns. Products used by them are authentic and original which gives full satisfaction of visiting the place. During the long relation i have with the center i have never come to any client with bad experiences.
