★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Situated in the prime commercial locality - BKC. It has lots of offices within and also houses Drinkery 51 previously known as 10 Downing Street. Have visited this place couple of times and the food there is something to look forward to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The building is tucked in near Hotel Trident. Owned by K Raheja Corp, it has tenanted offices of Funds, Financial Institutions and Investment Banks. Lounge, Restaurants are available. New space is being created for further leasing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good commercial building. Parking will not be issue if you are ready to pay and park in Trident hotel. Prime Locality. This tower is very near to Diamond Market. Kurla and Bandra stations are nearby

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to 10 downing street. Slow service, but decent food. Usually not very crowded, and has a low music volume, so good for conversations as well. All in all a good sit down place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I can discount the fact that reaching this place is a task, then it definitelty gets a 5 star. Because it is a well built, well maintaned and well managed tower. It offers 3rd party meeting and conferencing facilities. In my couple of visits there, the overall experience has been good. The security is tight and surveilance is good. The internal staffs can be better trained and groomed which is the only negative in my experience. It can either be 10-12 minutes from Kurla station without traffic else almost 45 minutes in traffic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A safe and standard commercial tower that is well connected at the heart of BKC. Easy to get to and from even via public transport. Visited in Covid times and happy to report that the sanitisation and overall security from a healthcare perspective was well taken care of. Used automatic hand sanitiser dispensers for the first time today at Vibgyor Towers - at the entry and near the elevators. Quite handy, I must say!
