★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pathetic, unprofessional and irresponsible educational institute. I feel educational institutes should be fair, professional and student friendly, But unfortunately Vibrant academy is not.
I have successfully registered for VSAT for three test and paid the test fee. After the registration, there is no communication from Vibrant academy regarding VSAT test link & dates. When I called the customer care, then i got to know Vibrant academy were supposed to send test link on the day of test but my two test dates were passed but i did not received any messages on these two previous dates. I want to clarify that my phone was continuously working and getting other messages. Also there was no email as well on these two previous test dates. Application form has mobile number and email id as well but none of these communication modes were used to inform the test link on test dates. Please note that after lot of searching on Vibrant academy website you may get test link but once you login on test link then also you may will not get any test dates.
I have asked Vibrant academy to reschedule my previous tests in future so that my ward can take test, but Vibrant academy refused in very rude, unprofessional way and even they are not accepting their responsibility towards informing the test dates and links to applicant.
I hope Vibrant academy learns and improve their responsibilities as an educational institute.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place don't join lil brother ,gonto somewhere else I was in top most batch I know that directors don't taught good and they are full of ego and biased nature, please save your career I know my friend , make sure you will think 99 times to join vibrant . May be go for nucleus teachers are best and supportive they will guide you as much as personally and will try their best to teach you especially anna sir ,vj sir ,skm ,..
