★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room were not clean. Hygine not maintained. Very limited food options. Spa not ready. It's more like cheap hotel father than resort. Location very far off from main beach. Ambience so so. Not value for money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms are big but are in need of maintenance. Water is chargeable after 1 L of water. The food lacks consistency, sometimes good and sometimes totally unsatisfactory but the support staff are nice. The highlight of this place is the pool area and the staff there. One would recommend you spend the most of your time there....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Viceroy is a 3 star hotel at 5 star prices. We went for a night at peak season , paid 9520/- for a night with 3 meals . The room was decent , the washroom was quite bad. It’s perfect for people who want to use the pool and have drinks from the sunken bar, rain dance as well. DJ music goes in from 10 am -10 pm , so keep in mind if you choose a pool side room. Okay ish experience , won’t be going back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nothing great about the resort. The room tariff is Exorbitant. Only good thing is the pool which is delightful. Other than that the sea views rooms are not maintained properly and the sea view is very far. You will see some green jungle right out from your balcony and a host of trash area before the sea coast comes to your view.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a leisurely stay for 3 nights at the property. Lots of restrictions due to COVID-19. Swimming Pool was closed. They have Pool table with designate cost of Rs.200/hour! Often corridors smell foul (fishy). Elevator usage exposes you to rain if you are going to dining hall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My stay at Viceroy had been really memorable. We were a bit sceptical about this place as we never stayed here in our previous trips. But the quality of the hotel was very good. Spacious rooms, well maintained pool and lawn. The room service and restaurant service was very prompt and helpful. Overall a must try. Only drawback for this resort is the location is not exactly on the beach neither you can see or hear the sound of waves from the hotel. You have a handful of rooms on the upper rooms from where you can see the sea. But the sea is just a min walking distance from the hotel

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is clean and pet friendly. The swimming pool area is beautiful. They have live barbeque service and mocktail counter on the pool. A beautiful seating arrangement is there beside the pool. We did not get a sea facing room but the room was spacious and nicely decorated. The property is nicely maintained and decorated. The sea beach is in 2 minutes walking distance. It was a nice stay. I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a relaxing stay.
