Rigid, don't receive customer calls, calls consignee to take delivery at centre point or else will return courier package to the shipper....this kind of a service Vichare courier team gives. Having a Vichare complaint & support telephone number but nobody receive call. Please don't use such cheap service provider, use competitive service provide so that you don't suffer.
