Red alert - They are not going to return any of your money after leaving the PG.
Avoid this pg if you love your dignity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 years i lived there. when I gave the notice on May 2021 and left the pg, after 2 months of asking them about the security deposit they said the AC in my room was totally broke and my security deposit will be used to repair it.
I actually told them before i left, many times that AC is stopped working get it fixed, but no one came and at the time of leaving they charge me of repairing the AC.
I have lost 8700₹.
no paperwork from their end and they were onto me stating that I didnt wait for their final inspection. i have all the recordings and chats of informing them properly, what should have I done, postpone my flights for them!!!!
they are irresponsible for their business of PG and I had to bear their impacts of irresponsibility.
many have and still have given 5 star here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There should be an option to rate in negative. Do not ever go to this pg. The caretaker Was very rude, drinks at night and then fights. He also very greedy and asks for rent way before the month end. Never gives you the key and make other people stay in your room when you are not present. And also forget about the security that you will receive it back whether you give the notice period or not. The person there will be very polite and good to you initially but then disturbs you everyday. He also takes away your things and give them to others. Do not ever take this pg you will regret.
