★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would have given the rating in negative, if that option would have been available. Probably the worst shop in whole Panchkuian market in terms of customer dealing. The staff is highly ill mannered and rude. We faced a delay of 1.5 weeks to receive our product. Everytime we called them we used to get only one reply “your product will be delivered today”.
Eventually after few days they stopped accepting our calls and we had to call them from different numbers to get the above reply. Moreover, the owner, who spoke to us very politely at the time of taking the advance, also starting speaking the language as his staff.
They never apologised for the delay, nor gave any reason for the late delivery. And to top it all of, one of their staff members started using abusive verbiage, when we complained about the delay. And to our surprise, the owner supported this behaviour of his staff and was asking us to understand by saying that the staff must be drunk and it’s okay if they spoke this way.
In short, please book a product from this place if you want to loose your peace of mind.
