★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is ok to live and stay. Requires maintenance. Swimming pool is in bad shape and stinking. Park ill maintained and not pruned. There is garbage strewn around Club House. Seepage is fairly evident in high rise walls. All over whitewash urgently needed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Flats are very spacious. Especially in the newly built H tower. Natural light in all rooms though out the day. Wind ventilation is great. So overall very satisfied with the flat .
But the club house is very small . And the builder charged heavy for the club house even if you don’t want to join it . Lawns are small as compared to Bollywood heights. Pool is also small in size .
But if you are a person who gonna spend most of your time in the flat , then this place is perfect for you .
