★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New property, well maintained. Staffs courteous. But their appoinement system is a big joke. Totally non transparent. Even worse, the management fails to maintain the sequence in the order of payments made. So anybody comes after you, might be very well taken care of, by the same Dr/clinic.
If you can't respect the appointments given, please stop giving that.

I went there for nerve conduction studies.
Receptionists were rude and rigid at their terms. They simply don't care about patients. This was my first time there, so would be my last..

Patient can get good service, when he or she come for medical purpose. We always try to give them good service. Here test report quality is very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service. Very very cooperative stuffs. Specially the imaging incharge Arup Dutta. Arup is having an excellent temperament and a nice gentleman. He will try to make things very comfortable for you. I recommended everyone to visit Victoria Medical Centre Kamalgazi for any MRI, MRCP scanning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. If there is no electric power suplly for any reason, they will not do any test. Even MRI patient had to wait for electric. And is this area, you can get a electric off for 1-2 hours any day. So be careful if you have any urgent issue.
