★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A small store, once you get inside, going to the upper level for a taller person may be challenging. They do not stock much, in fact other Victorinox stores have more inventory and variety. Most of the products kept there have layers of dust, and may influence the opinion of the customers. Victorinox makes great luggage, but after sales support or service is lousy in Delhi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Victorinox has a big range of products. But you will only find a few here (primarily Swiss Knives). The range of other products is quite limited.
The staff is good, but the small space makes the shop rather claustrophobic if there are more than 2 customers.
The brand should actually have an experience centre here so customers can see, feel and buy in a comfortable environment.
Overall, I am disappointed.
But the helpful and courteous staff made me give the 3 stars
