Till now no condition of possession.
Builder is asking delay interest @24% but denying to give late compensation.
Rather ten that builder has been raised final demand with out taking valid OC.
More extra charge also has been put in demand latter.
Avoid this builder to invest your hard earned money

The staff here are really helpful and this a prime location to buy your dream house. I have recommended to my family and my friend so that we can live in a very peaceful place, Where we get all the luxury....

All the agreements regarding sale, construction and possession are provided and are completely transparent without any conditions apply. Being a happy & satisfied buyer of theirs, I have suggested the builder to one of my relatives too who is looking to buy a flat in near future.

Fully satisfied form the construction quality & fitted accessories. All are very good. Thanks a lot to the Builder. I recommend to purchase the property in the both Projects.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HR department very waste. They are cheated to staff. They are issuing the offer letter, but you don't get appointment letter. When you have asking appointment letter to, HR told you " our company not issuing appointment letter up-to 6 month". Don't believe this company.. Already I cheated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worse builder in Delhi/NCR. Their primary job is to loot your hard earn money. Never go for their promises. They will give you 30% what they show you. Third class amenities, third class bath room fixtures, Worse AC and fan and above all, one of the bad condition society in Greater Noida West. Pics are taken in 2020 April. If this is luxury, Pls beware from those person giving 5 star rating..
