About Vidal Health TPA
I was disappointed to receive intimation from Tata Steel that we would no longer be dealing with VH - my misfortune indeed ! It was a pleasure dealing with you and Mr Sudesh Patankar and it would not be out of place to mention that I was touched by your understanding, patience in answering my various doubts and constant queries, and most of all your efficient service . What impressed me most was when my unanswered calls were returned -- good manners, non-existent in present times !

Forget your claim.... only premium is what they are looking for .... for very basic and geniune claim they need 50 documents and then they would taken 6-8 months to review and then reject

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Service Provider found till date. Always raising a new shortfall in the claim documents and delaying the claim deliberately. Must be using the claim money during this duration to earn the the interest on the same!!!!. Very painful experience!!! :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't even deserve one star. Every time they have only one excuse facing server down issue. Vidal doesn't feel the responsibility to inform their customers about the issue. Worst TPA.Won't recommend to anyone. Pathetic service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't even deserve one star. I am HCL employee and when it came for approval we waited for whole discharge day but didn't get it on time and so we have to pay whole amount by ourself. Now it's been 4 days and their server is not working. Vidal doesn't feel the responsibility to inform their customers about the issue. Worst TPA. Now we have locked for 3 years with them as part of company policy. Won't recommend to anyone. Pathetic service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's almost more than a month now ans still the claim is In progress. Worst experience ever. They will keep on saying that there is some shortfall in your documents submission. They won't convey everything at first. Just extending the days with no deadline anything. The one star is for atleast someone is picking to answer from the customer service side but still for that i have to wait for atleast 15mins for them to answer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience so far. Customer care is not reachable. I am waiting for the discharge now and TPA is non responsive with procedures. No information or service emails they shoot. No response to emails as well. Highly not recommendable. Corporates should avoid picking Vidal for their employees well being as Vidal don't take ownership or some responsibility even.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vidal is "worst health insurance service provider". Their toll-free numbers are not functional. They are not reachable through any of the communication means. They always give you excuses like - "Our portal is down hence not able to provide the approval".
Don't know how are they able to survive in such a competitive market. And since their services are so low grade, not sure why organizations are using their services as TPA.
Being a health insurance service provider they must treat the issues with highest IMPORTANCE and topmost priority.
Never go for Vidal, they are pathetic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These people are frauds. They change rhe policy without intimation and when you reach out to the customer care they have a predefined line that policy has been updated. I strongly feel a stern legal action is mandatory on these people. Till the time you have not opted for VIDAL , these people talk very nicely. As soon as this company commits fraud with you and you ask for enquiry they will shout back or make you wait in line for half an hour or so. The consumer forum must revoke their license asap.
