Please DON’T JOIN THIS COMPANY | PLEASE DON’T WORK IN THE ASSOCIATION WITH THIS COMPANY, because I’m sure it’s not going to be worth your time.
I was an employee at video factory for two years and despite of giving so much, the company refuses to give the basic courtesy or respect to its employees. I used to hear a lot from the ex employees and the seniors but didn’t get a hang of it until I faced the same situation. Despite of working here for 2 years with some of the top clients in the country, when I was about to leave the organisation, I was asked to work and serve a notice period with no idea that they will be refusing the employment documents and the salary after the notice period. The owners of the company is highly unprofessional. They don’t even have the basic courtesy to talk properly! We all have heard that the industry is full with such kind of people who knows how to take a better hand in your worse situations and exploit you in the best way possible. I have seen a lot of people going through the same situation who were a part of video factory. The work they do and the commitments they make does not align with each other. Have been working with so many companies and dealing with so many people in the professional life, I must say, VIDEO FACTORY was the worst experience of all and I hope you guys save yourself before being in any kind of association with this company!
