★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I kept on calling for registering a complaint wat tbey did simply picked up d call n dscntcd like 10 times. Worse people ever. Shame on d name of videocon. Y r u running cusgimer service. U ppl have 0 respo sibilty and shame. Illiterelaye ppl sitting in customer centre dont bother about customers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are literally thieves. They are not authorized service center . They are only managing calls & outsourcing job to some third graded people. My Videocon window 1.5 ton ac was taken from home & after 3 days , it has not been delivered back to my home. They charge like hell & do not provide quality service. Their ghaziabad address is fake. They are located only in Jaipur. Seems like their outsource person main job is stealing old equipment's & selling in after market. Police should take strict actions against them.
I am going to file complain by today if my AC is not sent back to home after repair along with compensation.
