Customer Id-127393) said that service department will call you and send him to replace the spin motor of washing machine but they did not called till today, When we called them many times, they said they cannot do anything. BENGAL HOME SERVICES now saying that they cannot do anything as this is the matter of replacement and warranty so complaint to the number given on invoice. Now my question is that, if BENGAL HOME SERVICES denies giving service then why they charge Rs.450/- as service charge? On what basis they are cheating with customers?? At last the BENGAL HOME SERVICES'S person saying that you can do whatever you can do but we cannot give service and will not refund the cheated money as well.
