★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased an AC before 5 days. The salesman told fake features assured a lot. Shown a 2019 dummy and sold 2018 model, told the AC has 12 years of compressor warenty and 5 year on full body part. In real the product has 11 year compressor warranty and only one year body parts warranty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst possible customer service. You'd feel worldly when you go to their shop to buy the products but they have the poorest aftersales service here in the town. I would recommend to buy appliances from any other shop but not from Videozone, Chidia polo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sellers of the showroom will look at the product, which is good but careful either you will loss a lot . The showroom has seemed a bit unfocused in recent episodes, however.they are the masterminds of the SCAM.IN 2018 I purchased a mobile named appoA5. The SELLSMAN( nick named) Raja who cunningly show me appo A3s mobile instead of appo A5, the outer cover was appoA5 I was new to smart PHONE so I quickly believed to HIM because I was very interested to new smartphone ( Raja) In the mean time he changed the name of the mobile name in ABOUT section (setting) show me appoA5, when I used found not video clarity and disappointed and remained silent CUS I have already spent 6 months, so I don't want to quarrel with them.worst showroom.
