★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Though the flats are spacious. But not ready to move in.also it's very costlier compared to today's real estate market.no club/gymnasium. Location wise also....it's comaparitively fair....road to reach vidhan eleena is not proper.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst builder in bhopal.. you dont get what you are promised for.. no club house, no swimming pool, lifts never work.pathetic condition of walls..
No 24*7 cctv camera.
In nutshell I along with all residents are cursing our decisions of purchasing flat here..
Please beware before purchasing the property here!!
One star only because i cant give -5 which it actually deserves!
