★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my first hand experience. My car has been sent 3 times at Vidhata honda workshop for service. Every time I have to face the disappointment as the service of the vehicle has not been done in the correct manner. Got the body-paint work twice from here. They charge you as per the Honda's price list but the work is done 2nd class. Even the fitting of the panels back is a challenge for them. This is for sure that I am not going to send my vehicle back to this place ever in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent set up and highly professional service. Especially took my car to get it serviced from Jalandhar because Lally Motors has gone down considerably in the quality of service being offered. Prestige Honda's service quality has also gone down considerably.
Galaxy Honda, the other Honda cars' agency in Jalandhar actually never took off and is a failure of sorts. Provides below par service because of thoroughly poor management.
Got my car serviced today from Vidhata Honda and believe me they turned my car into showroom condition both in looks and feel. Not only the mileage of my car became much better but also its pick up too showed massive improvement. Vidhata Motors Ludhiana's service manager Mr. Abhay Sharma is an extremely dynamic and a most competent person who takes a lot of pains to ensure that the best possible service is accorded to the customers. Truly pleased with the service of Vidhata Honda Ludhiana.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vidhata's dealing was fine but I wanted to buy Civic & while dealing, I asked salesman for a ride. (Not test drive). I was interested in Civic ZX
Both for City & Civic Salesman drove us within the parking saying he needs gate pass to go out.
This is not how you sell 20+ lac cars.
I opted for Volkswagen T-Roc which is much better in Quality & Lally Motors have much better hospitality.
